Two things:

a) It was Kent state so TOP is not as critical when your offense scores on every snap they get
b) To counter the typical small TOP, UT has built extensive depth at DLine. They can go 3-deep there. DLine is the concern with TOP, others like DBs and LBs can do well with 2 deep rotations or even single guy with someone giving them occasional breather.

There I fixed it for you. I assumed you meant to use the blue font. CJH has never been concerned about TOP. I don't think UT has won any TOP against anybody. Just score as fast as possible and as much as possible and let the opponent try and keep up.
