It’s here already. We saw a glimpse two weeks ago but Alabama closed the drapes a bit. They will be taken down soon enough, so will the blinds. An uncovered window to both see out and see in. Beginning this Saturday, we start our winning out campaign for 2013. An 8-4 season? Who would have thought? Yet here it comes. No, we won’t be fully back by 2014, but we’ll rattle the cage letting folks know the Beast of the East is bending the bars. Ready to break them and then roam free. It’s here and coming. Signs and wonders in the sky foretell of this.

Getting from there to here.

And we can feel the change in the wind right now,
Nothing's in our way
And they're not gonna hold us down no more,

I would be happy with 7 wins and hold this recruiting class together. If we hit 8 wins then I will believe we will be back sooner than later:)

My gut says we r going to struggle to hit 6 due to the off but I hope I'm wrong.

I predicted 6-6 in the preseason and will be happy with that happening. I think that it will.

I predicted in March either 5-7 or 7-5 season due to the razor thin margin for error with this team. We have raised above the margin in special teams, turn over ratio, penalties. Been even with the margin with the ground game and coaching, below the margin in all other aspects.

Churchill might have said "Go Vols!" Because when he was granted honorary US citizenship after WWII he had to pick a state & he picked Tennessee!!

For everybody thinking this is going to be an 8-4 season plus bowl win you need to put into perspective the previous years 8-4 teams starting with the 94 season. We have no where the talent of that team or any 8-4 since then.

mathematically impossible to go 7-5
