Hamilton is headed to Indianapolis.

Serrano has just become available to interview.

I would not be surprised to see them sit down and meet away from Knoxville.

By next week I would expect an announcement and think it will be either Holbrook (who I am proud to have suggested here) or Serrano.

I just looked that up and it is real. That's hilarious! I wonder If some town has Tiger Miles as a sheriff.

I was watching a special on t.v. about a kidnapping in 1998. The sheriff's son was kidnapped and the sheriff's name was Vol Dooley Jr.
The sheriff's son was eventually found dead in a shallow grave in a remote area.

I recommend dropping that info on the main board. It will be a huge hit.

I would rather have holbrook. I think he would recruit us to being a top 4 team and top 10 nationally. If we start getting the best around in sc and NC and TN we can win a national championship

As far as a time table, I know they fired and rehired a few folks on the inside thru June - they were led to believe they would have a window of opportunity to work for the new hire in June....

I think the goal was to wait until at least the final out in Omaha was recorded.

This just solidifies that thought.

Hammy's resignation has been effective for 9 days. Has anything transpired that puts a piece of the puzzle in place?

I know that Hammy had a meeting with a former asst coach on the Thursday after he was fired and was told the hire had basically been made and that he would put in a word for him but that it would be left up to the new coach (Serrano). Hammy had to know then that he was gone so how it goes from here, I don't know.
