Titans look at Shockey

At this point in time, currently, I'd still be expecting Jared Cook to be starter (at least, in the pass-catching half)...which might not be a bad thing based off those last 3 games

I don't know though why exactly they'd be looking at Shockey - whether it turns out to be as a #2 TE (instead of Craig Stevens) or perhaps potentially as a starter - so not completely sure quite what all to say about this one

(other than I'm not sure TE is really a "need" position this offseason...though really they can only look at already cut players like this until a new CBA)

Munchak said at the combine we had no plans to add him or even talk to his agent. The rumors were started because he has interest in us, not that we have interest him.

No, we don't need to start trying to be the Raiders and pick up big name guys that might have something left in the tank.

Because it sure back fired for them when they signed John Henderson....

Titans won't sign him. Instead they will draft some no name that sucks and draft a QB in the 6th round to develop.

Horrible organization.

Shockey is absolutely perfect for the Titans. They can't make it a single season without at least one cancer on their team.

The Chiefs won their division last year. How did the Titans do again?

What does that have to do with the Chiefs acquiring washed up players?

They've been doing it for years...

Joe Montana
Elvis Grbac
Trent Green

Now they've turned to acquiring the Patriots old leftovers. Good thing the Patriots feel sorry for them and give it to them at a discount price. Would have taken longer to build without their help.

I hate the Patriots but they've managed to build their own power house while helping build a second playoff team. Pretty impressive really.

Yeah, they won the worst division in football for the first time in forever. Tell me what the Chiefs have done for the last 40 years. They are a terrible organization

The title of worst division has to go to the NFC West. Seriously the Seahawks, Rams, Cards, and 49ers?

Joe Montana? He took them to the AFC Championship game. They'd love to get a hold of another old, washed up player like that.

The NFC West was the worst division in football, and it wasn't even remotely close.

I'd have loved to have been a team in Seattle's position last season: win and you're in the playoffs; lose, and you get a top 10 pick...6 or 7 I think it would have been

Im mobile right now so I can't see your fav teams. I'm going to assume the chargers.

What have they won? Eli Manning was right. They will never win anything important. Owner is pitiful.

Maybe you are a titans fan since you got a little flustered at my comments. What have they won? How many of their free agent signings work out? You just hired a coach without coordinator experience. The majority of the staff came from the AFL or something.

Look at the Chiefs recent drafts. Pretty solid drafting.
