Oh yeah Duke is solid!!! there 3 guards are all good lead by Monique Currie, Abby Waner, and Lindsey Harding....The post is lead by 6'7 Allison Bales and 6'3 Misty Williams....They can go 3 or 4 deep off the bench!!! I know of one common opponent we have is Maryland we beat Maryland by 7 or 8 and they beat Marylnad by 20 plus!!! Should be a good game!!!!

Looking at their schedule, they've only played 3 that are still ranked this week (currently: #18 Texas, #6 Maryland, #22 BC), but they've also beaten Wake Forest, St. Johns, Auburn and Georgia Tech, and they beat Maryland by 20....AT Maryland.

Vols4life, I haven't watched Duke this year. Not been able to catch any of their games this year.
You brought up a good point about their bench. I definitely remember Currie!!
They still don't have 9 ranked teams in their lineup before us was my point.
It concerns me with how many minutes we seem to have to play. THe announcer made me laugh talking about how we kill people with our depth...huh??
LIke I said, I'd just as soon us lose this game and move on.
Even though I HATE to lose...

Actually . . . just calling him Rick James doesn't quite do justice to Chapelle. Seems like something is missing . . . :question: :D

Yeah, but I don't think she sees that as an excuse. She was mad about the little things like Zolman getting picked on one play. She said Zolman was a senior and should've known what to do there.

She said they could play like that against Duke, lose the game and then maybe that will put some fire in them. Something like that.

Yeah, but, like she said- you need a lot better D than we played except in bursts in the 2nd half to handle Duke.......
