Just took into account the level of competition he was going against. Let's be honest. TN high school football, while improved, isn't like going against HS talent in GA or TX.
Didn’t take a rocket surgeon to figure that out. All things being equal, if I was representing a top offensive player I can’t say that I would recommend him to go to TN over other top-tier programs given the regression of TN’s offense over the last 2 years and Heupel’s unwillingness to upgrade his offensive staff.
I'm mostly excited because the position room is empty and there's not many prospects to replace them. WRs were not good last year and I don't know if they will be better next year.
