Needs to put on upwards of 80 pounds, and how likely is it he grow to be more than 5’9 or so? Unless he takes a super late growth spurt, seems tough to put on the weight will need

Completely realistic that he could grow 4 inches and add 40 lbs. 5'10" 170 is just fine.
