Agreed. Coach K even pretty much said that and gave Pat her due.

They are both great in their own right. Auriemma is the more successful/accomplished coach, but women's basketball is the sport it is today in large part because of Pat Summitt.

If Summitt had never gotten sick, Geno would be behind her forever. Pat was ill long before she quit.
