I told my dad as we walked out of that dump of a stadium that this was a bigger beat down than what most of the 90’s Vol teams put on Vandy. Yeah, 65-0 in ‘94 will likely never be topped, but 56-0 has to be the second biggest beat down we have ever put on Vandy in the entire rivalry’s history.

Radio passed away in 2019. Fun fact: He became a “permanent” high school junior in 1965.He would never graduate, nor have to leave T.L. Hanna High. The movie took a LOT of poetic license, but Cuba Gooding Jr. did a good job in his portrayal of Radio .
