that anyone could have expected for Lady Vol BB.If they can keep it together with eliminating careless turnovers this team should reach the Elite 8 and play the weakest #1 Seed in Virginia Tech ....a team that barely beat the LADY Vols early in the season 59-56 .So it is indeed possible for this team to go to Final Four with the matchups they will see in the region.

VT will be our Sweet Sixteen matchup….if seedings hold, we’ll see UCONN in the Elite 8.

A run of 3 wins against Iowa St, Va Tech and UConn would require a sustained level of play we haven't achieved this season. OTOH, it's a new season, and we're starting at home, A chance to get it right and be the team we all thought they would be.

I'm just worried our guard play is not up for that.

The selection committee showed Lady Vol basketball some love with that 4 seed. I'm not sure we earned it ... but I'm not complaining.

She doesn’t seem to see the court and misses too many open shooters. The coaches could help her with that. When she gets that open lane, no one can catch her. She also gets a lot of rebounds and has a nose for the ball.

I guess we can put all those conspiracy theories about how everyone is out to get Tennessee to bed. Everything is laid out perfectly for them. If Kellie and the Lady Vols can't make a deep run this postseason, they have no one but themselves to blame...

I agree TN guard play might be an issue ? but to me it's an issue because Walker who i give a lot of credit to is playing out of position. Yes she on the short side but can shoot. She should be at the 2 and Powell at the pg spot.

Isn't that what was done starting the season off? didn't work out very well with walker at the 2 spot.

How are you defining "deep run"?

I want to see them make the E8. If they meet Uconn, that's a likely loss, and no shame in that because Uconn is stacked. If they meet OSU, that's a 50/50 game.
