It's time to part with Mike (angrily) and Bruce (with a thanks for the memories).

Don't prolong what this fan base going through right now.

Mike Hamilton was no where to be found at the game or for the media. What kind of AD doesn't even watch his team in the tourney?

The same type of AD that comes out of left field and says 'we'll evaulate our program at the end of the tourney"

I'd assume that'd be the president of the university....or chancellor or whatever his exact title is ( I've seen variances)

I could see Tennessee announcing a press conference Monday and it leaking to us Sunday :)

I really am curious to see how quick something happens. We'll either see full support for Pearl or he'll be shown the door very, very soon. It sure doesn't look good for Pearl supporters because it already appears he has one foot out and he's raising the other one.

I'll be traveling from Sunday to Tuesday, so I wish we'd go ahead and get it over with. First, I'd like to be around for the maelstrom here and elsewhere. Second, the uncertainty needs to end. Two more days seems like forever.

Can all of you people relax? Good grief. We didn't have a good team this year--and the team and coach was adversely affected by this violation brouhaha, which has dragged on FOREVER and been made worse by the hysteria of supposed UT fans. I have been shocked to see the vitriol aimed at the best bb coach we've ever had. Hang on and we'll be back to terrible fairly soon and then maybe all of you will be happy.

Actually think it's the Board, but that the President has veto power. But I could be entirely off.

I agree that both should go. Hamilton's one accomplishment was hiring Pearl, who unquestionably did a lot for the men's UT Basketball program. However, in the end, that hire has become tainted. It seems that Pearl has lost control of this team. The reputation of the University has suffered from the poor decisions that he made over past few months. This university can and needs to do a better job of conducting their selection process to fill these two positions.

I love college kids thinking facebook will make this happen. There been a million of these and so far the only one that was successful was betty white to snl.

IMO, here are the reasons that it's Hammy's time to go:

1. Ridiculous extension for Fulmer in '07 and the general handling of the end days.
2. Buyout negotiated with Kiffin
3. Hiring Todd Raleigh
4. Doing the interview on Wednesday
