This is my daughter - she is working on a music career in Nashville (her and a million others of course)

She is doing very well, is somewhat connected, and we are told by some very knowledgeable people in the biz that she has a bright future ahead of her.

Right now, she needs page hits. (yeah, shameless of me) Trying to get certain gigs and originals from the top name songwriters requires a little marketing ahead of time. Take a look, take a listen, let me know what yall think.

She's young and you can hear it when she sings. She definitely has the potential to be a good singer. She needs to work on breathing, and holding notes. Maybe some vocal lessons would help if she's not already taking some. There are some notes she goes to hit where she falls flat but again I think that's mostly being young, it's nothing that a little training and growing won't take care of.

Yeah, we canned the old voice coach, hired a new one. Some of those recordings are a year or so old. She is maturing quite well, but it is still a work in progress. There is a definite need for more work and that, most likely, never ends anyways.

I think you hit the nail pretty much on the head.

I think her cover of Mama's Broken Heart was probably the best of the bunch. You probably already know this, but auditions for American Idol will be in Nashville on the 30th of this month.
