We all know that Ledger's Joker is the best Batman villain but what about out of Hardy's Bane and Nicholson's Joker? which one of these do you think was the better Batman villain?

Everything associated with the Nolan trilogy is infinetly better than the rest.

Nolan's trilogy is great. Nolan's trilogy is extremely overrated.

Great yet overrated? Brilliant.

It's only overrated if you think they're all-time great movies, which they're not obviously.

They are however, the best comic book character to movie series there is and it's not even close.

Performance-wise Hardy wasn't required to do much. Nicholson's Joker was over appreciated, IMO. Never saw what the big deal was. Bane all the way.

Dark Knight should have been nominated for best picture. It's a joke that it wasn't, and I think that disqualifies the trilogy from being "overrated".

I figured you wouldn't understand. It's ok though.

Joker. Although Bane was great, and I almost agree with Baker that Joker is overrated a bit. Still the best comic book villain role of all time, IMO. Still, he's not as far out front as people make it out to seem.

Obviously? I'll disagree with you there. They are on my list of all-time great movies. As are Memento and Inception.

Godfather is overrated.

Yeah, I said it.

Are you asking if they're in my top 10 all time list? Or are you asking me, if someone just asked, what are some of your favorite movies of all time, if I might mention them? Two different questions.

I was putting them in a class of movies, not meant to displace or discredit any other movies.

Bane was great until the city was taken over. Then he just stood around the "courtroom" and was a non factor for like an hour.

I haven't seen the Dark Knight yet. Trying to find time this weekend to go, but Nicholson's Joker is going to be something I always remember. The scene where he takes the badages off for the first time always sticks out in my mind.

I'll take Bane. I enjoyed Nicholson's Joker, but the problem I have with it is I don't see the Joker, I see Jack Nicholson dressed up like the Joker.

Bane. I know I'm one of the few, but I didn't really enjoy Nicholson as the Joker. JMO

I love Tom Hardy, one of my favorite actors right now, but anybody with big muscles and fight technique training could have played that role.
