Does any program more consistently vomit on themselves when presented with an opportunity to do something of substance than Clemson?

Ummmmm, guess not. On second thought, there have been a helluva lot of top five schools puking on their cleats this year.

Vanderbilt?...Kinda. It's never for a chance at a conference championship, but they always seem to blow it.

Cal, Virginia Tech, Oregon, and with the exception of 2005, maybe Texas. Louisville tends to blow it, as well.

All of those teams, with the exception of Cal, have participated in BCS bowls and won conference titles recently. Clemson has done no such thing.

I don't think Oregon has done anything since 01. I guess that's still more recently than Clemson.

I was pretty embarrassed when he totally outcoached Fulmer.

I knew Clemson was going to lose. They started the season 4-0, then lost the next 2. Now they have won 4 straight, before losing last night. So put them in the loss colum next week also.

Can't imagine why Bowden didn't burn one of his timeouts before the third down play that got his QB sacked and put them out of FG range.

The IU celebration after the game yesterday, given all they've been through, might have been the coolest moment of the college football season.
