Whats the deal with everyone hating him? Did I miss something that makes him a terrible person/coach.

He bailed Mississippi after saying he would only leave "in a pine box." He's being sued for his involvement with an investment firm (failing to file tax returns and comingling investors funds with his own). His wife recently ran a red light and killed an 87 year old man in an accident (not sure if she was charged). He smacked an assistant.

Other than that i'm not sure?

I'm starting to dislike him solely for the reason that I'm getting tired of hearing so much about a washed-up old coach.

Looks like Tubberville needs all the money he can get. This story is a little old but a good read. People are crazy

Dan patrick is on right mow saying Tuberville left recruits AT A DINNER.... Went tothe bathroom and never returned to the table..... The kicker?? Recruits were asking him how long he'd be around Texas Tech.... Apparently he didn't plan on sticking around to even pick up the check for dinner!! What a douche!

Ha, I guess that is karma for throwing Mike Leach under the bus.
