Tommy Thigpen Auburn Recruiting Violations?

Tommy Thigpen, saw him mentioned as being part of our staff and that he was at auburn recently.. is involved or have a possibility of being investigated by the ncaa for recruiting things that are going down at auburn currently?? if he is or has a chance of being investigated we absolutely don't need him at Tennessee.

Ncaa will be investigating auburn and tommys actions while he was employed there. It will not affect Tennessee. See the kiffen affect.

yeah, the kiffen effect is the gift that keeps on giving even when you thought you were in the clear... see that latest new infractions given to us from when kiffy was here. we don't need anymore. so i say get rid of thigpen.

Exactly what did Trooper Taylor do at Auburn to get dismissed? Was it a recruiting violation while they were in between head coach Chizik and Malzahn????

That is correct!!!! Trooper and Looper were taken off the road and not allowed to recruit off campus by Auburn. These are the two the NCAA are investigating. But you never know what they will find when they start looking around. Hope they find nothing on Thigpen.

No, Trooper and Luper were pulled from road recruiting last month, I think it has something to do with a kid gettng his grades changed to become eligible at Auburn.

CBJ isn't new at this so I doubt he'll hire an assistant that has any impending troubles with the NCAA.

From what I hear Thigpen is a great position coach and an excellent recruiter.
