2022 Rivals.com Tennessee Top 40

What can we do to turn the corner and keep some of these guys in-state?

We could really use some of these guys:

1. Walter Nolen
2. Keaton Wade
3. Jacob Hood (although beating Georgia will be tough)
4. Fisher Anderson (I am pretty sure he is going to Stanford for academics but still make a push)
5. Kody Jones
6. Taylor Groves
7. Giovanni Davis - Looks like he might commit to Tennessee so one positive.

If we could flip these guys, we would have a great class. These are all Tennessee prospects. Unlike 10-15 years ago, I think the talent is there in Tennessee now to help build a Championship team.

I don’t remember how many recruits have committed to this class, maybe 14? But Doug Matthews spoke about this earlier this morning. Heupel is about done w high school class and will focus on portal. The 2023 class will be more freshmen w less players from portal. I wouldn’t sweat losing some of these kid. Nolen is the one main miss.
