If the Vols could win and Bama lose tonight, I really believe that could just about sew the 8th seed up.

That would put the Vols up 2 games with 5 to go.

Vols would have 3 home games and Bama 2.

Does not matter. Only the last 3 seed give any effort to try and win the tournament anyway.

The top seeds are not going to throw their weekend guys until - well, the weekend.

In 2001 and 2005 the Vols were embarrassing in Hoover because Rod threw scrubs.

The 8th seed and 7th seed will be facing some midweek guy for Florida or South Carolina anyway.

LSU has really hurt our chances at making the SEC Tourney...they HAVE to win tomorrow or we'll have to sweep Bama (assuming we lose tomorrow) to make Hoover (no chance UGA beats a hot UK team)

Tomorrow more than likely is a loss as other than McCray we just can't pitch against this monstrous lineup...going into next weekend I think we'll need to sweep Bama to make Hoover
