Bottom line is that we can probably upgrade with Jones leaving. His main strength was recruiting so you'd probably need someone who is a good recruiter.

My first thought is that he would simply bump Ken Johnson and Aaron Green both up a rung on the staff ladder.

If UT is confident they're in good standing with NCAA enforcement, yes. If not, no.

He was a high school coach that quit that, came back to UT to be a grad assistant under Pearl.
