I don't think what he did for a couple minutes at the end of the last game is an indicator of how Jones will do when he has time to prepare to be the acting coach.

This is Pearl's team. Any good Jones does will --at least mostly--reflect back on Pearl--UNLESS, he pulls a Majors and loses about 5 games in a row when he gets back.
