Listen I'm not judging Mike on one game he may become a great head coach. But don't you think they should have won that game Sunday?
From what I've seen of the Niners this year in limited viewing, Detroit and Cincinnati are the only teams I would be confident saying San Francisco should beat.

yea I do, but I'm not gonna judge him by one game, but on the other hand.. I do think he served notice to EVERYONE on the team that it IS about team.. not me but TEAM.. and if you don't produce you can take a shower or ride the pine

I agree they are awful but I think Seattle is similarly awful. I just can't justify letting a Senca Wallace led team win on the road.

Yes that is always nice to see. I kind of think some of the guys on that team like Davis may be cancers so they probably need someone to come in and burn it to the ground to rebuild it. The problem I see is this is a test run for Mike and if he doesnt win some games I think they will find another coach.

I don't know, after watching the ""In Game Sounds with Gruden" I'm sold on him. He's got 10 different gears all during the game and he's on top of it all. I think he scare the crap out of the players

I am a die-hard Niner fan, and they're not bad. Until yesterday, they've been in every single game, but just couldn't close it out. Their biggest problem has been lack of consistent, low mistake QB play. Their defense is talented, but tends to not get off the field on 3rd down, and tend to wear down toward the end of the game (sound familiar?).

But I do like Singletary so far. He sat down a QB who just wasn't getting it done. And he tossed a 'me first' player out of the game. He clearly set the foundation of. I could see this team turning it around, maybe. I hope so. If Frank Gore, Patrick Willis, and the other team leaders buy into it, just maybe.

Oh what would i give to have a coach to stand up there and say those things here in Knoxville. Mike Singletary, you are a class act.

If Singletary doesn't get the head coaching job at sF, he could be persuaded to come to UT for $4-5 mil.
