Not gonna lie, I said something along those lines multiple times throughout the game. Beck played way too bad for 3 qt’s to not look like he was on the take. Some of the throws and reads he made were so egregious for a 5th year guy with his experience. Then suddenly he could read everything and put the ball anywhere he wanted, outside of the last throw.

I would take our 2026 QB Faizon Brandon over him right now...and hes a junior in HS thats 16 years old lmao. Clemsons QB wouldn't start on 2/3 of the teams in the SEC...

I live about 90mins drive from Clemson. Their Championship days are over unless they make some serious changes and have a huge influx of $$$ into their program...which isn't gonna happen. Because its Clemson. There is nothing for college kids to do in Clemson SC at all...or even in Greenville SC which is the closest city of any size but still much smaller than Knoxville.

Bama, UGA, Clemson and Ohio State all have a new pecking order to deal with. No more hoarding all the 5* and high 4* players between only 3 or 4 schools and them sitting on the bench for 2 years. There are gonna be probably 8 schools with a reasonable shot to win it all most years now with NIL and a 12 team playoff. Tennessee is thankfully gonna be in that top tier of schools and compete for championships. GO VOLS

The first half of that game was an exaggerated (probably because of the good competition they were playing) of how UGA has rolled for a couple of seasons now. UGA went through the motions for a half against Clemson and for the whole game against UK as well, Beck included.

They weren't good for extended periods of time against USCjr, Auburn, Missouri, and Georgia Tech last year. It is like they willingly turn it on and off, and they have the depth and talent to get away with it.

I'll bet the WR dancing like a ballerina cheetah cat while making UGA defenders look stupid was all part of the script as well.
