That TD by the kicking team on a KO should have been 2nd or maybe even 1st. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen that. And on #2, the additional dumb play was Utah should’ve picked that ball up and scored. Instead of being on the 1 down a few they would’ve been winning. It wasn’t like a mad scramble to get on the ball.

I meant to include my other one, thanks for posting the video. I enjoyed the quick look back. That Miami one was horrible but there was a game a bunch of years back even worse. I think it was UNLV and Baylor back in like 1999. One team could’ve taken a knee inside the opponent’s 1 to win it. Instead they ran the ball and the other team recovered and returned it 99 yards to win. Brutal!

The Virginia St. is a very fortunate team.

and so right about the Miami series. Sometimes people get so numb to the actual reason you do certain things every time, such as take a knee, that they have not even thought about it and taken a knee so many times they lose sight of the avoided danger of running the string out and then losing the ball.
One time the announcers were really dishing out good observations prior to the fumble.

Reminds me of TN fumbling vs UGA at their one yard line in tow different games. Of course it wasn’t the end of the game. And didn’t Bama return a JG fumble 99 yards? The horror!

Why? Why make us feel sad? Now I need another beer. And maybe watch Heuple whip Alabama again. Haha!
