Top 25 wins

I’ve already asked Google and can’t seem to find a answer but my question is, does Tennessee have the most top 25 wins this season? I would think so being 6 games into the season with 3-5 of our opponents being top 25. That is 60% of our opponents have been ranked and we have 100% winning percentage against them. If Tennessee pulls off the win against Bama they have to be ranked #1 right???? I mean that would be 4 of 6 opponents ranked in the top 25 and no way anyone in the country can compete with that resume! It has to happen first and I know that’s a long shot but if it does we will get disrespected and be #3 you can bank on it!

Ut doesn't need to worry about rankings, they have the schedule playing the #1 and #2 teams in the coming weeks. Ranking's will take care of themselves.

As far as I can tell Tennessee is the only team with 3 top 25 wins this year. Also most top 25 wins in a single season since 2001 (we are only 5 games in, so that should improve).

First - I agree, UT doesn't need to worry about rankings...that will settle itself out.
Second - when we do beat Bama this week, the best it gets us will be #3 behind UGA and OSU...I could still see UT being 4th or 5th too though with the pollster love that Clemson and Michigan have been getting.
Last - if the dreaded streak stays alive and we drop a close game (like closer than A&M), I bet we still stay in the top ten.

Any rate, go back to my first point...we don't need to worry about rankings at the is point. Take care of our business and it will shake out in the end.

3 top 25 wins, 2 on the road. I believe we are alone in both of those stats, the road top 25 one I know is true. Saw that one before a total blackout celebrating on Bourbon st Saturday
