It has not been done that way previously, and I don't think it would be correct to change rules after the race has started. After all were not NASCAR!

First of all, I don't mind your question, Tennesseefan07 has nothing to do with Pick 'Em contest and is making an attempt at a joke. The written rules are what you see in the weekly Pick 'Em Post. There is no stated rule re driver point penalties, so no rule means we don't worry about it. Once you earn points, you keep them. Thank you for participating.

Just don't pick a driver from Hendrick, Roush, Gibbs, Evernham, RCR, DEI, Ganassi, Petty Enterprises, Haas, Penske, Red Bull, Michael Waltrip Racing or Robby Gordon and you should be fine. I believe the Wood Bros. would be a safe bet.
