Man oh man you're bad at these!

Moss probably shouldn't be #2, and maybe not in the top 5. TO has had a better career, off the top of my head.

1. Jerry Rice
2. Tim Brown
3. James Lofton
4. Cris Carter
5. Steve Largent
6. Marvin Harrison

You could also make arguments for Lynn Swann, Sterling Sharpe, Don Hutson, Terrell Owens, Art Monk, Lance Alworth, and Michael Irvin.

I'd put Cris Carter in there. Heck . . . I'd put Clarence Carter in there before Randy Moss.

Those are all good choices. I'd even think about Andre Reed maybe.

good list I forgot Chris Carter and I did not know if people would laugh at Marvin but I wanted to put him from the start, he is my favorite because he does his job and shuts up.

Why don't you quit worrying about what we think and put what you truly feel?

And it's Cris Carter. :)

Jerry Rice is the best, i think we can all agree about that.....

after that, it would be guys like Steve Largent, Andre Reed, Chris Carter, Fred Biletnikof (sp?), marvin Harrison, Art Monk etc...Moss and TO would not be on my list.

No Stallworth or Swann on your list?

No Stallworth or Swann on your list?
Well, at first i thought about it....Stallworth would have made the list before Swann, but there are so many really good WR's out there.....when you're talking about all timers...hm...that list would have to be pretty short.

and as much as i hate to say it...Mike Irvin is one that might ought to be on that list too.

plus you get in to the whole thing about some of those guys that never won SB's...so they aren't as well remembered as some others, like Swann and Stallworth...

OK, i talked myself in to it:
Rice, Reed, Largent, Stallworth, Irvin, Carter...Harrison and Blitenikof also on that list.

See . . . Don't you feel better now?
not really. i was in pittsburgh for Christmas and got to see the beating the Steelers took live and in person.

they just aren't a good football team. and the bad thing about it is, that they sucked at basically every phase of the game....i couldn't even tell you where to begin with them right now.

i do think though that Cowher is done. and it's likely that Wisenhunt is going to be the guy to replace him....we'll see though.

Who would be the Steelers Best reciever ever?

Who would be the Steelers Best reciever ever?
Just the Steelers?

probably would have to be Stallworth...then Swann, and Hines Ward is now the best statistical receiver in Steeler History, if i'm not mistaken...

Stallworth gets the nod because of multiple rings...but i don't know that you'll find too many steeler fans arguing about it...put all three in a hat, and pick one......

This may seem a little crazy, but I really think it might be Hines Ward.
nah, that's not crazy at all....statistically, he already is. and he is a "steeler" guy....they do love him up there.

the problem is a lot of Steeler fans have a hard time letting go of the past, so no matter what, those guys in the 70's will always be the "greatest".

you go to a game up there and you see just as many Greene, Stallworth, Lambert, Harris, and Bradshaw jersey's as you do any of the current players.

quite honestly, and i will freely admit this, Steeler fans are the equivalent of Bammers in the SEC......

Coming out of the stadium Sunday, we walked past a guy holding a 4'x4' poster of Dan Rooney's picture with a caption saying: "Our team still has more rings than your team".

this after a 31-7 beating, at home. He might as well been dressed in Crimson, and the picture been of Bear Bryant.
