It wasn't all that long ago that MTSU was rated the number one party score if memory serves me correct. Can anyone confirm that? I actually think they were named the number one party school 2-3 years in a row.

Shortly after UT began to focus more on academics. Not saying academics are a bad thing, but they had quite the knee jerk reaction. College students are gonna party. Most are capable of keeping grades up and still having fun on the side.
