Except for maybe Whitney, all the Hills girls are pretty damn hot.

Hayden Panettiere is hot too, and doesn't need to be on this list.

Mischa Barton, Amber Heard, Cameron Diaz - See above about HP.

BTW, Paris Hilton is actually not that bad in person. I NEVER thought she was even good-looking before I met her last summer. I was an on-air personality for the pop radio station, and we had boyfriend's band in town for a show. Well, I actually had to go pick them up and check them into their hotel and all that. While the band was getting ready for the show, I just stayed back to hang with her for a little bit. I wouldn't even call her "hot", but she really was pretty cute. Oh, and believe it or not, she was the only person in that group who had any manners.
