Give specifics about what should be done here.

There will be no tort reform while democrats remain in power, trial lawyers own that party.

There will be no discussion of tort reform while democrats remain in power outside of some committee in which the democrat majority will kill any attempt at tort reform or even discussion on the floor or the house or senate.

Even if the democrats should lose the majorities in both houses this administration would veto any such legislation , necessitating a majority large enough to override a presidential veto.

I don't think the republicans have ever had that in my lifetime and I've probably lived longer than any poster on this board.
