Interesting that the top player is the PG and the worse player is the back-up PG. Definitely a correlation there when it comes to offensive efficiency.

That's not been a consistent theme this year, though. In our two one-point losses, Melvin and Trae were basically equal, both ended up with a -1 in +/-. Against Oakland, Mel was -9 and Trae was +2.

Looks like a combined + 35. Please check my math and explain since we didn't win those games by anywhere close to a combined 35 points. I am making assumptions on the + - but am not totally sure I have an accurate understanding.

Thanks,

Perhaps there are players in our 17 man rotation that you have not included?

If you are bored - see what the + - was for the two close games that we lost. I believe Pearl would have likely been - 6 to - 10 for one of those but perhaps I am judging too harshly.

I am not sure how serious you can take these numbers because of our "unique" substitution pattern. We are not a team that subs players according to what is going on in the game, but instead, predetermined substitutions.

For example, there are a number of games where our backup PG doesn't sub in because our PG was messing up, but rather because its time for the ENTIRE second unit to substitute in.

IMO it kind of skews the numbers

What is the + - system? how is it calculated? Is this a system Mike Hamiliton Developed? If it is developed my Mike Hamiliton does it calculate the number of refreshment sold while a player is playing?

Divide it by 5 (number of players on the floor at a time) and you get 7. The total number of points we have won these two games by.

I'll try to do this in the next week or so. I have the NIT numbers and the Pitt game, but I'll have to figure the others.

Does anybody know what happen to Brain Williams i did't see him playing in the second half?

BW was benched because of UT Martin's quickness. He was not benched for any disciplinary reasons. That is the article that I read. CBP wanted to go with Hall and Fields because they are faster than BW.
