We just lost to a bad Miss State team that was missing Steele and Sydney. We can't win on our own court.

We may be in the tournament if the season ended today, but we could very easily lose to SC and KY. At 17-14, we would need to make a run in the SEC tournament to play our way in.

20 wins for guarantee....19 for a shot...18 and no way in my opinion...back on the bubble...the people talking so highly after the Vandy game can now shut up

We'd definitely be in today. I wish some of you would stop acting like we're about to make the NIT. If that was the case, then why is Marquette, essentially an identical team with a 16-11 record, an 8 seed? This is the weakest at-large field in years. We aren't in severe trouble yet.

Who carews if we make tourney? we have a 0% to win it.. Intact I wouldn't be surprised if we lost round.. Let's end this torture. Football season can't get here any sooner

The only tourney that this team needs to worry about is the SECT, and there's nothing that tells me we make it past the first round there, unless we get Auburn or LSU.

You tourney lock people are really delusional. I hope we make it, and we have a shot, but to act like we are already in is just hilarious. This team struggles to win every SEC game, so to think anything is certain makes no sense to me.

What's the difference?
It'll be a first round exit from the tourney this year anyway.
This is not a good team.

We suck and don't deserve to get in either tournament. We better get in because we will be banned the next two years after June anyway.

"Bracketology" isn't exactly a science It's a snapshot at a current point in time.

Before this game, we were in. If we lost, we were in trouble. We lost, so we're in trouble. Not to mention we still have two tough games left (yes tough. Every game we play is tough). To consider us a tourney lock is beyond absurd.

At this point, the tournament itself shouldn't mean much to us. We'll be lucky to make it out of the first round because this team of halfasses doesn't care about winning.

Actually, the most frustrating thing about this team is that they have the ability to beat anyone in the country on their best night. They showed it against a likely #1 seed in Pitt.

Make the tourney and anything can happen. I'd at least like the chance to see what they could do.

I haven't seen even a glimpse of the team that beat Pitt in weeks.

Ehhh. Scotty put the team on his shoulders and made some big clutch free throws. It was still a very ugly game in my opinion. Against Pitt and Nova we were running, moving the ball well on offense, and hitting outside shots.
