Read their writings. It might be a stretch to say all of them said rights came from the Christian God (though many did just that including guys like Madison and Washington) but they most certainly referenced "Creator" and "Nature's God" and "Natural Law" enough to settle any doubt that they believed rights were not man made.

I guess you would rather have people ignorant if they cannot be indoctri... er taught the way the left wants.

Funny. You have a problem with this group doing this privately but no problem with using gov't funds to indoctrinate children in a whole host of ways that conservatives find objectionable.

Is that really such a radical idea?

Yes. To some people it really is.

If Americans were broadly taught the USC to include the debates and writings that surrounded its adoption then they would no how far the Progressive movement has illegally taken the country. The people would then have to decide whether to scrap the USC, adopt Amendments to allow the Progressive programs, or start deconstructing "big gov't".

The people would undoubtedly reject the notion of a "living" Constitution since the USC provides pretty specific instructions that gov't could assume no other powers unless founded on an Amendment.

There is good reason for Progressives to fear people having that knowledge. At a very minimum... alot of people would be ticked.
