Treatment facilities in Knoxville?

Trying to get a friend into a facility for alcohol/substance abuse in Knoxville but I just don't know where to start. Would prefer inpatient but a strong outpatient works too as there is family who could assist. Hoping it's voluntary but not sure that's possible at this point
