Last year he coaches RB's and it is the strength of that team. This year he coaches WR's and they are the strength of this team. Anyone else feel like he is hell of a coach that we need to hang on to? Seriously if we don't do what is neccesary to keep him around we are fools. :dance2:

He's pretty happy here. I doubt he'll leave unless it's for a OC position.

I got to see him chest bump a fan during the vol walk on Sat. What a moment!

i got a chestbump from trooper at the florida game. for a smaller guy he can get up there. i have a bad feeling a smaller school is going to give him a OC job.

Can trooper handle both the WR's and RB's?

ALABAMA.....

They have a bunch of bank, and after this season, you can bet they're going to write some checks.

I don't see them firing Shula - a son of the program - but I do see them bringing in more talent under him. Trooper would be 100% Prime Beef for their program. You know. I know it. So I'm sure the Tide knows it, too.

They have been flirting with some Arkansas coaching talent. I am sure Tennessee's doorbell will be ringing.

Rodney Garner would likely receive that visit before TT.

thats impossible. He cant be running two sets of drills at once and watch all the film for both positions, and do all what is required for a D1 position coach. Its literally impossible.

Impossible unless coach Trooper's primary value to the team is emotional flashfires and the technique coach is the lesser thing he brings to the table. If that is the case he needs to work both skill positions, and why not db's as well?

We definetly need to hold onto him, and I dont think we will have a problem doing that. He turned down a chance at Texas because he sayed he was happy at Tennessee.
