I don't know who specifically he's recruiting, but I do know that he recruits a lot out of Louisiana, Florida and Georgia. He'll go wherever and whenever needed...that I know.

Since he's been here, off the top of my head, he's recruited my son :dance2: , Montario Hardesty, Demetrius Morley and Ja'kouri Williams. Those are just the ones I know of for sure. I know there's been more.

Trooper recruits that I have found so far are Luther Davis 6-4 260 DE, Ahmad Paige6-3 175 WR considering all the biggies, Joe Mcknight mobile QB, GJ Kinne QB whose dad coaches at Baylor, he knows Troop, and Rod Davis 6 foot 195 WR from Memphis.

I know Troop has been recruiting in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area in the past and continues to make trips there.

Ok, click on the link provided by VolunteerHillbilly. Then click on 'Page 2' at the bottom of the list. Next, click on his name 'Trooper Taylor' on that page. Next, find the drop-down box at the top that says '2006' now pull that down and move it to '2007' and now you have the list of everyone that Trooper is recruiting this year. Of course this is not an exhaustive list because it only includes what has been reported to rivals. However, it is a pretty good list. I know the big time RB out of Texas should also be on that list.

Looks like he is mainly responsible for California, Louisiana, Texas, Florida, and Georgia.

Both Trooper and Adkins were disappointing as recruiters last season, going 5-6 I suppose it was to be expected. I thought Adkins was the recruiting coordinatior.

Steve Caldwell is a better recruiter then either last season:
