Dude is a true freshman. His senior year in high school he had 91 TD passes and 4 INTs! Let me repeat, 91 TD passes and 4 INTs.

Named Mr. Football in Kentucky following a record-setting senior season ... Set a national record with 91 touchdown passes while completing 383-of 520 passes with only four interceptions as a senior ... Piled up 5,872 yards passing during his final season ... Over three years, he threw for 132 touchdowns and 9,271 yards ... Also holds state records for completion percentage career (63.7), completion percentage season (73.7), TD passes career (132), yards passing per game season (391.5), pass attempts career (962), pass attempts season (520), yards passing career (9,271) and yards passing season (5,872) .

His family is from my hometown and then moved to the Paducah area at some point. Coaches wish they would have stayed. :)

He played at Lone Oak -- a tiny 1A school in Western KY.

They ran the TFS -- Tony Franklin System. Pure Air Raid No-Huddle. It tends to produce gaudy stats.

They are 4A, actually.

Lone Oak graduate here. He was pretty darn unbelievable, easily the best kid that ever came through that program.

Regardless, it's tiny compared to the real football @ St. X/Trinity.

I watched trinity play at mba when petrino's kid was qb and that was the most underwhelmed I've ever been with a football team. And I believe they won the provate school title in ky that year.

Andrew Coverdale could run an NFL offense. Easily one of the brightest coaches in the game.

Bob Beatty runs a tight ship.

And I'm not attacking Robinson's talent.

The combination of W KY football and TFS can produce crazy numbers.

It's no coincidence that he is playing in a TFS @ Troy.

Coverdale had a 3 year stint here at my son's HS and had mixed reviews. He's quite the offensive mind, just didn't work here.

Castle?

I've never seen someone create PowerPoints with the detail and intricacy as Coverdale.
