Truck kills tailgater at Yale

A 30-year-old woman was killed and two others injured Saturday morning as they were tailgating before the Harvard-Yale game in New Haven, Conn., when a moving truck hit them, multiple media have reported, citing police.

The driver of the U-Haul was being questioned by police, according to WFSB-TV.

The incident happened near Lot D parking outside the Yale Bowl, police said.

One of the injured women, also 30, was listed in serious but stable condition at Yale-New Haven Hospital on Saturday morning, according to WFSB-TV.

that sucks - there are some stupid tailgaters on gamedays... not saying it was these people's fault - but wouldn't be surprised. I am surprised people don't get hit on the strip regularly on friday's and saturday's.
