I work nights so I will not be able to see the game Monday. I also live in Alabama and can't get the broadcast on the radio. So I went out and dropped about $300 on a Sirius satelite radio so I can hear the game!!! True Vol fan or what??

Sounds like a man just doing what he has to do.

Once you start listening to satellite radio, it will seem like a small price to pay.

Nice job!

When I first moved out to Colorado to go to school, I didn't have cable in my place for the first week. After calling around to see if anyone was carrying the Tennessee game and realizing that nobody cared, my only other option was to rent a hotel room to watch the game.

I didn't drop $300 on it, but I know how you feel.

I have that problem too.
But I listen to it through the internet radio.
I picked up a station out of Memphis that carries it online.

Duh, you can pick up WLAC 1510 all the way to the Florida Panhandle. 990 outta Knoxville can be picked up as far south as Birmingham. I think you'll hear the LSU announcers for tomorrow nights game on Sirius. If you don't get your antennae thing working at work for sirius, dial your am to 870 and you'll be able to pick up the LSU broadcast from the New Orleans station which comes in clear at night in bammer.

I picked up a lifetime subscription to Sirius for $400.00 about 2 and 1/2 years ago and highly recommend it. I never realize how bad commercial radio is until I got used to Sirius.

Noice. I might have to pick up Sirius... Then again, I'm kind of hesitant to do anything to my car. I plan on getting a newer one sometime in the future.

Milo, you probably already know this, but those things can be installed and uninstalled by a monkey. Even I was able to do it myself.
