Possibly. But my point was his list of injuries already in his career. Tua is a small guy why has been injured quite often already. Imagine what the NFL will do to him. I just dont think he has the durability.

I watched Saban's press conf after the game. His eyes were red, you could tell the concern. For him to be "airlifted" back to AL, he's in bad shape.

Tua was in the game to pad his stats (246 yds 2 TD) to stay in the Heisman race when he was hurt doing the 2 minute drill. It was unfortunate but totally understand why Tua wanted to be in and why Saban let him stay in.

The Heisman was settled last week.

I think its safe to assume his career at Bama is over. Whether he has a shot in the NFL is another question entirely.

I do hope he can, he's the kind of player I'd love to see do well in the NFL once he's no longer in Crimson.

Hope neither makes it in and they play in a new years 6 and OK destroys them. That would be ideal. Sick of seeing them in the playoffs, especially when they don't deserve it.

From what I've read, it wasn't congenital. They didn't operate right away and that meant the surrounding bone tissue and cartilage died from blood loss.

Its less likely to happen nowadays with better treatment options, but they need to get that hip back into place ASAP.
