nah, they will be well into game prep by next Tuesday.I thought this scrimmage was next tuesday. I read, coker, hardesty, ainge, crompton all looked good. Hardegree threw 3 pics.
The Auburn and USC games were before the injury, and he didn't set the woods on fire against mighty Mississippi.Ainge needs to step up and play football. I believe it is his injury that has Ainge suckin. If you look at the games before his injury, Ainge looked poised and confident. Ever since the injury Ainge has looked very scared, un-easy, unconfident---and if you are these things you will not be a good QB
Thanks for the report Bobby Dodd. Some are saying that you can tell the guys are tired of practicing. Did you get that impresssion?I was there, and like Coach Phil said, the guys are tired. I was glad to see Crompton get some snaps with the first teamers, and he can scramble well. Marvin Mitchell intercepted a Hardegree throw for a TD. Asumnu had great TD chances, but dropped or tipped the Cooter throws. Jim Bob was wild with the ball, but what do you expect. All in all, a good scrimmage, and I can't wait for California.
