I do wonder if they saw the writing on the wall.I mean, going out and recruiting two junior college transfers seemed pretty drastic for Coach Summitt.I could see those UT girls in contributing roles more than starting.

Well if you look at it Dosty was a last minute choice for Pat she wanted Fowles who is now at LSU once Fowles choose LSU Pat had to find someone else...notice Dosty was the only one from that class that was not a Mcdonald's All-american...Moss is the one that is surprising

I think that Dosty is leaving because of playing time and Moss is leaving because of the Bobbitt and Auguste signings.

Dosty left to be closer to her sister who signed a volleyball scholarship with an Arizona school. UT didn't have a scholarship for her sister.

Moss saw the handwritting on the wall. Not to take anything away from her but she was out of her league at UT.

This is good for UT since the 07 class is going to be as good as Parkers class

It could be that it was suggested that they transfer. Is the rumor true that we have a 6'6" transfer from Purdue coming in and another guard out of Georgia? It may be we needed the schoarships and they were not going to get a lot of PT so someone may have suggested it was time to leave. I don't know, just a thought. :dunno:

Hey Vol67, good job genius. McDivitt didn't transfer by herself. Michelle Munoz also transferred during that offseason. I believe both announced around the same day shortly after the LVs lost their tourney game.

The OFFICIAL Lady Vols website has already removed the biographies/photos of Dosty and Moss. However, they were left in a group shot. How nice!

Anybody else think that Pat might sometimes sign a player just to keep someone else from the SEC from getting them? Just a thought, its in my nature to look at things that way! Call it a bi product of my profession!
