To the masses it would seem that Graham should be staying and I think he will.

I have to agree also. By bringing back Tee and keeping Jay it gives you two good recruiter that can cover North Carolina and Georgia.

I thought Graham had a contract that he would stay even if the head coach was fired. I thought he got that when he agreed to come here.

I agree, i want to bring Tee in and Keep Jay...I think it is important to have guys around who have had success in the program, and actually have a feeling of UT Vols as family...

Jesus...because he played at ut and won a nc he is the very best coaching option we can have...interesting logic there.

He is a good recruiter. That is good enough for now. Though I hate kiffin, he always assembles elite recruiters in his staff.

Showing your ignorance here a bit. Tee was very influential in the development of Randall Cobb into a 2nd round WR while at Kentucky. He was also very instrumental in the development of Chris Matthews into an honorable mention All SEC player while at Kentucky.

Since then, he's only been hired by Lane Kiffin and aided in the the development of Marquise Lee and Robert Woods at USC (two future 1st rounders). Not to mention, he has been rated as one of the top 25 recruiters in the nation.

You should probably do a little more research before posting condescending comments.

Go to the Cincinnati football website, click on roster, then coaches. You will find that Jones took his Offensive Coordinator/ QB coach , offensive line coach, strength and conditioning coach , and I can't remember who else with him to Cincinnati after they spent 3 years with Jones at Central Mich. His running backs coach has only been with him for one year. I would say that you can kiss Chaney, Pittman, and McKeefrey goodbye. His guys have been with him for 6 years.

Right...he aided in the development of those guys about like dooley aided in the development of cordarelle patterson

Season before Tee as their coach:

Randall Cobb: 447 Yds. 4 TDs
Chris Matthews: 354 Yds. 3 TDs

Season with Tee:

Randall Cobb: 1017 Yds. 7 TDs
Chris Matthews: 925 Yds. 9 TDs

He was their position coach. That's success, no matter how you cut it (Just like Graham did with Neal & Lane this season).

Now you can say that Woods & Lee were great before he made it to USC, but he certainly hasn't hurt them. Lee has actually excelled. I believe in him as a coach.

And, like I said, Top 25 recruiter: Rivals.com Football Recruiting - Nation's top 25 recruiters
