Yea. Looks more like a wr.

Ha he played wr last year and QB sometimes. Had to play QB in the championship game when their star got hurt and almost won it. I think he was also their second leading receiver. He's good. That school puts QBs in p5 schools. 7 in the last 12 years. Including Baker Mayfield.

Name, location, and face say he's a Longhorn.

I don't think the longhorns have ever signed a quarterback from that HS. Garrett Gilbert is the only one I can think of and he transferred to SMU. Their qb last year signed with OSU and I could see him being very good there. It's very weird but Austin produces more qb talent than almost anywhere I've seen, but texas very rarely signs them. Drew Brees and Nick Foles went to Westlake which is Lake Travis' cross town rival, and neither went to texas. Knoxville kids leaving the state has nothing on the sheer number of star Austin QBs not going to texas. And the fans absolutely hate it.

Yea. I am aware of LT. Just responding to the guy that says he didn't look like a dt quarterback.

Most of his highlight film was at wr.

LOL at fans getting upset a kid wants to move to a town he didn't go to high school at. Good grief.

Yeah but in this case it had an impact on mack brown getting forced out. He didn't even try recruiting these QBs and there have been a ton of them have very successful college and pro careers. Many of them would have gone to Texas if he wanted them.

Thanks for the info, although you took my post way too literally. Hudson Card my be the most Texas QB sounding name since Colt McCoy.

Card is committed to Texas and that will probably stick. There is some chatter that they may be recruiting him as a WR which he is also very good at. Really good athlete and QB. I think he even plays some DB.
