He’s been a damn beast this year. Particularly on passing downs when him and Young are on the same side.

Sometimes it’s not the guy that gets the sack. Baron has occupied two blockers at times to free Young up. Just bc he’s not in every highlight reel doesn’t mean he’s not doing really good. We’ve got a lot of interior Dline that have been amazing this year.

That’s cool. I just seem to remember him standing out more last year but I guess the rest of the defense is coming along. I think there was some talk of him possibly leaving the program for a minute in the off-season. So I didn’t know if he had fallen off a bit. I’ll happy to be wrong about the kid.

If you look at all of our top returning defenders their stats are down somewhat from last year. Because there's more rotating and backups are playing more minutes
