I'm not asking which QB you "hope" has the better season because I know most of y'all would say Bray but I'm asking which QB do you "think" will have the better season? I know Bray has a little more experience but this could be Russell's explosive breakout season.

Oh this is going to get good Billy. Just sit back and relax.

Billy, you must really be, and have a pathetic life. I really feel sorry for you.

One last thing, look at projected draft picks for them.

Why the heck are you being so mean to me and anyways who cares about "projected" draft picks we are talking about college football. I was even nice and didn't mention that Bray played the ENTIRE spring game and Russell didn't even play the whole game and Russell still dominated him in stats and also Bray's team lost in the spring game and Russell's team won.

Some of the stuff you post is just ridiculous. You do realize that being a good college player, translates into being a NFL pick.

Also, are you really trying to bring SPRING STATS into a discussion. Just wow.

I think Bray had 4 stars on at least one major recruiting site, but w/e.

Comparing two spring games is definitely an apples-to-apples comparison though. If you extrapolate those numbers to the regular season, Russell projects to complete twice as many passes for twice as many yards for twice as many TDs than Bray and do it all while playing fewer snaps. And, that's exactly how I expect the season to play out for these guys. If UT wins 7 games, you can bet MSU will be parading through Starkville next January at 14-0.

At first I thought you were talking about Tyler Wilson and had gotten the name wrong. Because I'd never heard of Tyler Russell until now. Which should tell you how I think his season will go.

Oh and Mullen's offense isn't particularly QB friendly.

I really hope we play all of next year's Orange and White game without defensive backs. That way all of the QBs can throw for 500+ yards. Might as well take the pesky linebackers out too and let all of our RBs rack up 300+ yards on the ground.

That way our players will win the highly important spring game stats battle against players from other teams.

It's like I didn't want to open this thread bc I knew how epically bad the thought process would be, but at the same time I couldn't help myself. It did not disappoint, just imagine if Billy C would've used Bray's spring game #'s from the 2011 game.

Bray. I also enjoyed how you tried to spin it to make it look like Tyler Russell was superior. 1. Bray was a 4 star recruit and in the Elite 11 where he took home the Golden Gun award. 2. Spring game stats mean literally less than nothing. Nice try slick. Pathetic as usual.

I looked it up. He was only a 3 star recruit.

Did Miss State run 1's vs 1's in their spring game? UT did

Did Miss State emphasize the run in their spring game due to fan backlash and everyone wanting to see improvement?

Does miss state have Justin hunter, Da'rick Rogers or Cordarelle Patterson?

Really using spring game stats for comparisons?

Here are some real stats for you. Career stats.

Bray - 3832 yards, 35 TD's, and 16 INT's in 16 Games played

Russell - 1669 Yards, 16 TD's, and 10 INT's in 16 Games played.
