It seemed as if Tyler was less animated than usual, and I believe he only took 6 shots from the field. Also, I think he had only 3 rebounds. It seemed he was not anything near his normal self. Anyone know if he might have been sick or know of some other reason as to why he didn't seem as aggressive overall?

Its kind of hard to be a star when Chism was out their with 29 points? when one person makes a lot of points others will not from what i seen.

Tyler is our #1 player, and every team in the country knows it. He can't really extend the floor knocking down 3's so teams really crowd him any time he gets into the lane. Frankly, games where other players just explode will help him in the long run because it should open up the paint for him.

i love TS but the Temple and Marquette game he didnt seem himself.
In the Temple game I thought he forced too many shots.
In the Marq game you can blame it on Chisms production but most of WC's work was done in the second half. Could have used more of TS in the 1st half.
Im not pankining or anything just a little surprised with his last 2 outings. Think things will come together down the stretch.

I think that our 3 point shooting being so bad is hurting Tyler. Teams can pack it in tighter because we don't have the threat of Lofton of Jajuan on the perimeter. It just seems like Tyler has had much less room to work with and I don't remember the last time I saw him with an open look. I'd really like to see us get some of our athletic wing players driving to the basket and kicking it out to Tyler so he can attack the basket in open space and use his athleticism and strength.
