If he wants to play this year he can't go to Tennessee. He is going to go to a lower division and will enter the draft early. No reason to sit out a year.

Yep.

Latest reports are that he will stay at LSU in the hopes of being allowed back on the team next year. Miles will probably bring him back in the spring if he keeps his nose clean.
