That's interesting. His commitment was the reason Maryland didn't take Bobby Maze. I doubt there's interest between him and UT. I just read that his criminal record had become a distraction at Maryland, and he wants to go to a place where that won't be a big concern.

As for UT, we have one scholly left, and I think we'll hold it for '09 unless we get Negedu.

i have seen evans play twice both times were against walters state and he didnt really impress me all that much. however he did lead the conference in scoring averaging 21 pts a game and shot i pretty nice 3pt percentage, 43%. i just dont think he is university of tennessee good in my opinion.
