Is this another Tricky Nicky low rent attempt at hoarding talent to keep away from rivals? Or is this just playing the attrition "odds"?

Either way this is just another bullet in the recruiting belt for other SEC schools. If you go to Alabama, you risk getting forced out or not getting the scholarship you've been promised.
