He's not a former WR. He's a former Tennessee WR. Either you are trying to get a rise out of someone, or you are an idiot.
He won two Mr. Football awards. He was the star of three state championship teams. He's got good size for a college WR. He runs a 4.4.
Not sure why Fulmer didn't play him. Probably because he was young.
Kiffin probably wasn't going to play him because he wanted to use "his" guys.
Just because a kid might not appear to be a Nu'keese Richardson, it doesn't mean he isn't talented.
He should really shine at Furman. Just look at former Maryville Rebel Ryan Talent and all of his success...he's even a much smaller/slower kid.

Lol - We're talking about Tyler Maples.
I hope you're not serious. Are you Tyler's dad/uncle/cousin/best friend/graduate of his high school?
:mf_surrender: haha! You cracked the case. I graduated from Maryville High School in '99. I'll even share another bit with you...my brother-in-law played football with Maples in high school.
Now, what is your point??
I'm not making excuses for anything. I'm not even arguing that Maples is good enough to be a star in the SEC. I'm simply saying that he's definitely good enough to be the star of the team at Furman. I've seen him play quite a bit, and I can tell you that his solid numbers are for real.
